A pistachio by Georg Törnkvist. It is both well built and a good flier, and took third place in the 1995 Interscale competition in Maastricht.

About the original: Designed by Paul Poberezny as an economical sports aircraft, the Pober Pixie was built in record time, the project starting in January 1974 with the first flight in July the same year. It has a traditional fabric covered structure, where the fuselage is made of steel tubes, and the wing built from wood. The prototype now resides in the EAA museum.
